*X-Bor represents the reference indicator used for interest rate calculation and includes (not limited to) EURIBOR, LIBOR CHF, LIBOR USD and ROBOR, depending on the currency of the facility; the value of reference indicator is set using the value from the 1st day of every month.
The variable interest rate is updated on each 3 months from the disbursement date and is calculated based on the above indicators to which will be added the fixed margin indicated in the loan contract.
