For Mortgage Loan and Cash Loan with mortgage for Refinancing, Pre-contractual expenses related to loan file preparation: 900 RON, paid by the client from own resources before signing the credit contract.

For Cash Loan with Mortgage, Pre-contractual expenses related to loan file preparation: 900 RON, paid by the client from own resources, in 2 tranches: first tranche at applicaton date 400 RON and second tranche before signing the credit contract 500 RON.

For Mortgage Loan: Analysis fee EUR 400 / 1600 LEI and for Cash loan with mortgage: Analysis fee EUR 500 / 2000 LEI.

Administration fee: 0%

Servicing fee on client request: 150 RON/ request

Issuing address for total repayment of the loan: free of charge
