Loan purpose: general needs

Loan amount: between EUR 5.000 - 150.000 (or the equivalent in RON) but no more than:

75% of the value of the real estate mortgaged (apartment/ house)

Currency: RON, EUR.

Tenor: between 3 and 25 years

Co-borrowers: max 2 co-borrowers allowed (spouse, parents, parents-in-law, children, sisters, brothers)

Income sources accepted: salary, bonuses, sales commissions, board incentives and censors, author rights, rents, dividends, income from freelancer activities, income from abroad, daily allowances, daily allowances sailors

  • Land Book Decision of Registration

  • Survey of the real estate

  • Certificate of Urbanism (in case the mortgaged property is a piece of land)

  • Survey documentation
