Step 2: Our consultants will offer you all the information needed related to Millennium Bank’s Cash Loan with Mortgage.

Step 3: If you decide to contract the loan, just bring us the requested documents.

Step 4: You will be contacted in order to conclude the Valuation Report of the real estate you bring as collateral.

Step 5: After the approval of the loan, you, together with the bank’s representatives and the notary, will set a date for signing the credit documents (Credit Contract, Mortgage Contract) and Insurance Policy for the real estate.

Step 6: You can have the money in your account no later than the next day after signing the contract.

How much will it cost?

Loan arrangement fee: 2.25% from the loan amount. You don’t need to cover the fee from your own sources. It will be retained from the loan amount.

The life insurance is free of charge.

The fee for loan application analysis is 680 RON.

In case you ask for modifications of the loan parameters after signing the loan agreement, the bank will charge you 50 RON for each modification.

Issuing address fee: 150 RON.

Valuation fee: 0

You need to conclude an “all risks” insurance policy for the real estate brought as collateral. You can contract the insurance from the bank, issued by an agreed insurance company, or you can bring an insurance policy concluded with another company.

What if I have difficulties repaying an instalment?

  • You can request the bank to postpone the repayment of an instalment. This option is available after 6 months of loan repayment history, with no more than 5 days overdue in total. The postponed instalment will be paid at the end of the tenor, together with the last instalment.
  • The request should be submitted to the bank one week before the due date.
  • Maximum 3 such requests are allowed during the life of the loan.
  • A fee of RON 50 will be charged for each request.

Step 3: If you decide to contract the loan, just bring us the requested documents

Step 4: You will be contacted in order to conclude the Valuation Report of the real estate you are purchasing.

Step 5: After the approval of the loan, you, together with the bank’s representatives and the notary, will set a date for signing the credit documents (Credit Contract, Mortgage Contract, Selling-purchase contract) and Insurance Policy for the real estate.

Step 6: The seller can have the money at his disposal no later than the next day after signing the contract.
