For issuing a Debit Card MasterCard Standard  you need the following documents

• Request for Current Account Services Individuals – Bank form;
• Identity Document – copy and original.

• Issuing fee: 30 lei;
• Annual fee:
• Zero for the first year, if the card is linked to the Salary Account. After the first year the annual administration fee will be 30 lei;
• 30 lei if bought as stand alone product.
• Other fees and commissions: according with the List of Fees and Commissions for Individuals – Debit Cards.
